The Erasmus+ mobility project allowed me to spend two months at the Department of Ecosciences of Aarhus University in Silkeborg, Denmark. The research conducted during the mobility was under the guidance of Professor J.J. Scott-Forsmanda, one of the world’s leading experts in ecotoxicological research on enchytraeids and springtails. In addition to the time I spent in the lab, being with students from different countries around the world gave me the opportunity to share experiences and make new friends.

What impressed me the most was the commitment to sports and  healthy lifestyle. Professors and students use their breaks to go jogging, swim in the lake, go to the gym, or just clear their heads by walking on one of the many forest trails along the beautiful lakes that surround the university.
